Project Experience

"CDCI has been very successful in the past several years helping Montgomery County in Maryland, in designing and constructing its Capital Improvements Projects.
Qualities that CDCI presented to this County included: responsiveness, caring, attentive to projects, cooperation with project managers and user agencies to achieve desired goals, understanding and being mindful of project budget and time limitations, going beyond contract requirements to achieve deadlines even when it required after hour work, among other qualities that makes me very comfortable to highly recommend them for similar type of work for any organization or government agency."

Project Experience: Fire Stations

CDCI has provided design/build services for various fire stations around the Washington Metro-Area.

Select one of our projects:

Collapse Rescue Building, Darnestown, MD

Design and construction of a new 6,000 square foot building to accommodate equipment, supplies and vehicles required for operations of Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Collapse Rescue Team. The pre-engineered steel building was designed to include four vehicle bays with two loading dock areas and one administrative bay area. The floor of the building and the pavement area was designed to withstand the weight of heavy service vehicles. Extensive earthwork around the existing pond was required prior to connection of the new stormwater management pipe and structure to the pond.
