CDCI's project managers utilize established and qualified subcontractors for various disciplines, as well as our own highly skilled and dedicated in-house site crew to successfully complete all of our projects on time and within budget.

Our in-house construction crew can complete 100% of the work in the following areas:

• Rough and finish carpentry to include installation of metal studs, wood studs, gypsum walls and ceiling, taping and finishing of drywalls
• Installation of doors, windows, and hardware
• Installation of ceiling tiles and grid
• Minor masonry work & concrete slab
• Pre-fabricated structure, metal roof deck and siding
• Flooring to include carpet, ceramic tile and vinyl tile
• Painting, wall covering, insulation and minor waterproofing
